Record speed?!

I wanted to ask what the top speed is in Need for Speed Rivals©. Mainly because I'm hoping I at least came close. I was using the Koenigsegg One:1... Please answer. I need to know.

Without any gadgets being used, I believe this is 447km/h achieved by the Hennessey Venom GT available for the police faction. This is roughly 278mph.
