Hi ive been trying several times to upload my picture for the need for speed rivals but it didnt work with me ?
i tried the phone app and the website but i couldnt change it even resizing the picture didnt work either , any help with that please ?

i dont know when did it happen but when i was on my ps4 i found the pic got changed by itself lol when i log on from my phone its the same no proflie picture but as long it has changed i wont try to change it now lol

Good to know, however a player just commented on this in the main thread: Avatar profile picture can't be changed
Apparently there is good chance the new avatar will show a blank icon once you use a skill in game.
If so, please let us know by posting here.
Nevertheless, we are investigating.
