There is no clear info that is easily available anywhere as to when all the cars will be available, and the timer is utter bullsh!t, I, like many players probably don't play every day after finishing ...

Not to mention they just have to disconnect the internet, change date (22/12/17 as an exemple), go on NFS, grab that car... This works as simple.

Exactly. If i want something bad enough you can bet I will search every possihle way to get it.
