Rep issues

Sup EA & fellow gamers. So I've sunk exactly 8320hrs into NFS Heat & I've only just started to get an issue with earning rep. Whether online or solo play I now leave garage with 1rep everytime. Then after racing I go to bank rep my screen now has a minus count on left hand side & my total rep count on right hand side. Left says -2,143,990,679 or something *see attached images for exact amount* & 2.1B REP on other. & it's actually count backwards down to zero again & says my next rep level is 2.1B!?!? I'm already on 2.1B rep why is it counting backwards now? I haven't had a count to anything since I hit 1B rep earnt. What is goin on? Not only that when I leave garage after banking rep I leave with the exact amount of rep I earnt on previous run still on screen but heat level is zero *see attached images* however the rep I earn in that run doesn't accumulate up to that added amount just the rep I earn in that run. So I don't recieve 1M rep I'd only recieve 250,000 rep points. This problem is only affecting rep not money as tested that & everything is working norms with money earnt. Please can any1 help me solve this issue it's frustrating & dint want to restart again as ova 8300hrs of game play is a considerable amount of my life put into this game. EA or any1 PLEASE help me rectify this issue. BTW I've tried reload save file from cloud & everything it stil does it & only rep is affected. Is it cause I've reached an amount that now the game goes full circle backwards to zero & start again from zero? That doesn't make any sense but. Thank u for your time & help in this issue.
