[Request] Need for Speed: High Stakes Remastered

@boboiboyxstress I agree i would like a remasted version of High Stakes, but so you know it HS is track based. Not free roam based open world, but you could cruise around in a cop car, that was the closest we came too free roam. Sort of anyway i think HS had the best pursuits, much better then todays NFS games atleast.
