Resetting the career / new save

I was wondering how to restart the game, made some bad choices with the cars and now i wanna start the game from the start again. Ive tried turning off cloud data, looking in the settings, reinstalli...

I wanted to know if anyone knows how to start a new game or career on XBox one, pc & Ps4.

I think it will be useful for a lot of people.
