[RESOLVED]Paint & Wrap Editor Unavailable

i can not customize my car as the paint and wrap editor is just saying unavalable in my game how do i fix this 

So i got nfs trial early from EA Access and i am level 16 i have done lots of missions but the wrap editor is still unavailable. Please Help
