[Resolved]Snapshot Upload Failed

I am having terrible experience to upload snapshot. Each time i click it, it says snapshot upload error. Please assist anyone... ☹️

    Hi guys, 

    Good news, the issue is now resolved and manuals uploads are working again.

    If you are still encountering issues manually uploading snapshots, please try these troubleshooting steps. 

    If the issue persists after that, please create a new thread containing the following information:

    Spoiler
    • Gamertag / PSN ID:
    • Time snapshot failed: (add your time zone) -- it has to be the exact time as in: 19:15 GMT or 7.15pm GMT

Hi Tom. you mean I can't use WiFi connection for this? If this is true, it's kinda hassle as I do not have wired connection

    Hi, I have a wired conection and went through all trouble shooting options and still have the same problem

    EA PLEASE HELP !!!!

    You are able to use a wi-fi connection, but such a connection is unreliable and you could experience issues with online gaming.

    To clarify: I have a Wii U in my room and the router is one floor directly below me. I am unable to do online gaming from my room due to constant disconnects. If I want to update the console or download a game, I usually have to take the console downstairs. For my PC from the same room, I am using a powerline which is basically a wired connection through the power sockets in your walls. It still runs into the occasional issue here and there, but mostly I am able to play without issues. I have a 240 Megabit connection.

    If you have exhausted all troubleshooting, I would advise to contact your internet provider to see if they might be blocking something from their side, or if there have been any outages.

      Snapshot uploads still failing after all trouble shooting steps and router management.  ( NFS 2015 )
