Retrieving lost saved data

Question

If I deleted saved data locally on my PS4, is there a way that EA can recover my account (in a cloud somewhere) and retrieve the data of where I am currently in my level (specific game NFS Heat).

There are two places your game saves can be stored, locally on the console and online in 'the cloud'.

If you used cloud save functionality, the following info will help you download your save to system storage:

@EA_Barry if both is broken or corrupted, do there have a tmp. save etc to backup the losted save ? in the situation of game crashing or black out
