Return of Razor (Part 2?)

I read some players are not happy with these upcoming special event, but at least I will be able to max upgrade my Razor, 25 blueprints left to do it and always in special events it's easy to earn materials and cash, happy racing!!

does any body have any idea what format the event will be? get loaned the car and win it at the end, like the jaguar/huracan event or race with your own cars to win blueprints, like the la ferrari?

@TheRealJony As i started playing this game late, how was the previous razor event like? Maybe its a second chance for those who couldnt earn the car earlier.

@peniastall I'm thrilled with Razor making a comeback to Blackridge City. That means I can take him out for the third time. 👿

(Won against Razor in NFS Most Wanted 2005 and won against Razor in the first "Return of Razor" special event)

@richieluv76 and @vipucho The previous "Return of Razor" had a loaned car (which is BMW M4 F82 (Razor) shown on the Twitter page) that players use to win races in the special event. 

Now here are the differences between the previous "Return of Razor" special event and the recent special events:

1. Performance parts (both rare and epic) can be won from the special event races.

2. There's rare and epic materials to be won along with common and uncommon materials in races.

3. Gain one star (instead of buying blueprints to gain stars) for completing Chapter 2, 3, and 4.

4. There's special event crates that can be bought with both Event Credits and Gold (Special event classic crates can be bought with Event Credits while Special event gold crates can be bought with Gold).

Five free special event classic crates were given at 1:00 am EDT (5:00 am UTC), which happened at the same time when five free classic crates are given.

This was what happened in the previous "Return of Razor" special event. My guess is "Return of Razor Part 2" or "Return of Razor Encore" will have a similar function with the recent special events.

These are:

1. Performance parts (both rare and epic) can only be bought with Gold in the Event market.

2. There's only common and uncommon materials to be won in races.

3. BMW M4 F82 (Razor) blueprints have to be bought with Gold.

4. There's no special event crates. Players have to buy stuff in the Special event market instead.

There's no need to upgrade cars as BMW M4 F82 (Razor) will be loaned to players.

@TheRealJony Thanks for the info. And i would like to say that EA would have mentioned if we were to use different cars for different events just like in the La Ferrari event. If nothing is mentioned, its clear a loan is to be given. People shouldn't ask the same question over & over again.

And i hope your 3rd point remains the same, else its difficult enough to upgrade the existing cars. Its going to take a year or 2 to complete and max out the cars. Farming for parts is such a headache :/

I do hope these BPs do go with the old Razor M4 and not a separate car as I would like to max it out.  Its a very nice car with by far the easiest to get a perfect start. I'm 25 BPs from maxing it out so I am hopeful

@TheRealJony Well, you know a lot of this game but in this one you're guessing was wrong, not part 2 at all, we need to wait until they give us something we can do, real sad

Well, it's "Return of Razor Encore". Meaning people that had missed "Return of Razor" the first time can have another chance of getting BMW M4 F82 (Razor).

Also people (like me) that had already completed "Return of Razor" can't do it again. That is why there's nothing new in special events. However, there might be something coming our way.

Well, it turns out it is "Return of Razor Encore".

@dChurchville88 I got "Return of Razor Encore" screen and it says "Second chance to get BMW M4 F82 (Razor)". However, there's nothing new in special events on my screen.

The reason is we already have BMW M4 F82 (Razor) in our garages.
