run other cars off the road

this is sickening that I cant run ANY cars off the road, EVER yet the cops can do it to me, EVERYTIME!  and without fail, the damage they do, (im sorry no cop is going to keep up with ANYONE doing 180mph or faster, EVER!) then rear end me taking HALF my cars durability, dream on.... this cop damage, cop pursuit need to be addressed immediately.... no chance once im or ANYONE is "THAT" far ahead of a cop is going to be caught... and this is easy mode, c'mon now.....~
