I found that under the same account, my iPhone save data always inconsistent with the one in my iPad, looks like I had achieved a race in iPad, but when I turn on the game in iPhone , the race is still pending.

When its time to switch devices, use the Data Management -> Upload to Cloud option to save your data online. Then start the game on your other device. It might ask you to wait for some time because "the game is being played on another device". Do not panic and wait for about 10 minutes. Once the game starts it will start from the same point where you saved on previous device.
