Serious issues with Need for Speed 2015

I've been having this issue since I've purchased Need for speed before release and playing it when available on launch date. I've been falling through grounds roughly a couple times a day during race...

    @SHVXX

    If you tried all the steps in our troubleshooting thread, depending on the speed of your hard drive, you potentially won't be able to resolve this issue.

    If you think that for that reason the game is unplayable on your system then you could contact an EA Advisor to see if this makes you eligible for a refund.

My previous comment details that I personally don't have further troubleshooting steps available to go over via the forum.

It does not state that we aren't checking why users are still falling through the world after they've gone through the troubleshooting steps that I provided.

They told me to wait for a patch to come out twice and I waited for two patches. It still didn't fix this issue unfortunately. There's no point looking for further support if they're going to tell me to wait for another patch. That's my £60 or so pretty much taken from me by EA.
