Shelby GT500 ModShop

I unlocked the Shelby GT500 a few weeks ago (cobalt blue colour), and am unable to customize the car in the mod shop.

The option was available to me a week or so ago, but is not now.  Is this intended?  I see other people with customised GT500's?
