     I understand your concern regarding the activation linked to the serial number. This is the 20-character code that activates on your account when the game is registered. It's possible that there is a different code for the game on Steam and the EA app. I recommend using a registry cleaner of your choice to clear the system registry and reinstall the game through the EA app. If you encounter the same error afterwards, please reach out to the support team again and explain that you need assistance with Solidshield DRM activation.

So, the point is that I actually don't know my EA app copy code, since its nowhere to be found (I suppose). That copy suddenly appeared in my EA account in the Origin to EA app transition, I guess probably because I've done a login with my EA account in the Steam copy, I don't know exactly. As a matter of fact, I've assumed it's the same copy of Steam. Anyway, I'll ask for assistance to the support again. Thanks for your answer!
