Shifting in need for speed most wanted 2012

Can u select between manual and automatic transmissions,  or is it like hot pursuit  where your stuck with automatic only?

    There are no options in game to enable manual gearing in most wanted.

    (missing a gear during an epic chase could be costly.)

Lame. i just bought bought it and downloaded it and now i wish i hadnt, im not five, i can shift on my own
