How to change the song in NFS Heat deluxe edition

Num pad key 2 is not working for changing the songs in my laptop.   Can someone please help me.

Hi, what keyboard are you using? On some setups you might need to press numlock, or a function key in order to activate the relevant keys.

    I am using my laptop keyboard, I have tried the numlock thing and function key also but still not working
