SO close... 2nd year in a row.
Well, another chance at the Huracan and I lost it again. Got the necessary PR on the last hour, but ran out of gold, racing tickets, and lost the car... Again. Oh well... Maybe the 3rd times the charm...

Was it that hard this time? Or was it the same event as last a year before? I was quite a newbie, playing only for about 2 weeks or so, but did not have a problem finishing the event (without gold, of course). Though later on I regretted finishing too early - it was my first event so I did not know I won't have a chance to use the rest of the tickets and that upgrading that car once I own it is much more costly (there were no scrap points and chop shop at that time).
- The final PR requirement was a pretty big jump. More so than in other events I think. I ended up requiring 3 fuel topups because I basically ran out of time. I was doing the final race pretty much bang on midnight so took a load of screenshots of the completion screen that I could send to support in case the game had a hissy fit and decided it wouldn't give me the car because the event had technically finished. Seems to have worked ok though

Nope. Exactly the same as last year. I chose family over a video game so I didn't get to play as much as I could've to win the car (just like last year). Oh well, I enjoyed my family during the holidays so, if I'm still playing this game next Christmas, maybe I'll win it then... We'll see.
