[SOLVED] 'An internal error occurred'

Whenever I try an play the game it comes up with that error message, and won't let me play! My trial times a tickin'

    Hi guys,

    We're looking into this issue that happened after the latest Xbox update. We'll update this thread as soon as we have more information.

    WORKAROUND:

    Suggestion by @Watcho1984 to bypass Internal Error Occurred issue:

    • Go into the "Settings" menu
    • Select "Account"
    • Select "Privacy and Online Safety"
    • Turn that function to "Off" or "Block"
    • Try the game again

    Still coming up with the same, I'm I'm the preview programme, is it anything to do with that? Really annoying, renewed my sub for this 😛

    Hi @immorals,

    Since you have tried all basic troubleshooting, I was wondering if you are still experiencing the issue? We did experience some temporary issues yesterday.

    If you are still experiencing the issue, can you add extra screenshots details of when and where it goes wrong?

    brought the game yesterday.waste of $80 Got pass the loading screen ONCE and every time i try to play it, it keeps freezes. always askes me if i want xbox live gold.... Any help?

    Having the same problem. Really displeased right now. I installed the game this morning. After the install I started the game.  Everything in the main menu works just fine but when you select PLAY it goes to a loading screen.  The first time it took, no kidding, 23 minutes to load.  And yes it pretty annoying that it ask, every time you hit PLAY, if you want a gold membership. That being said, it only loaded the one time.  Tried again after school this afternoon and it won't even go past the loading screen after you hit PLAY.  Really looked forward to this game coming out and would really like this issue sorted out.  HELP!!!

    I press 'PLAY' in the menu, but then it says 'ERROR An Internal error occurred'.
    What do I do? Please help!

    Ive been getting that code for 2 days now and still havent played, feeling like i wasted my money smh
