Sound glitch while in Heat

So my game is perfectly fine except for the fact that every time I reach Heat level 3 I loose all my in game audio.

Everything else on my pc works fine sound wise but only the game looses it.

I tried all options I've seen online, from adjusting my volume to disabling and enabling everything.
