We need to have "Get low" and "Riders on the storm" in the tracklist!
@Gramatickz the issue with that is those are old songs, and it completely goes against what the underground era of NFS soundtracks were aiming to do which was exposing modern tallents that people havent heard of as well as modern tallent that people have heard of. i keep that goal in mind when making my soundtrack wishlists for NFS. my rule when making wishlists for the game is the music must not be older than around 7 years old.

Exposing modern talent is not something I have particularly noticed in the series, since most of the bands / artists that have been put up on underground games are well known artist, unless you have been living under a rock for the past 20 years, or just moved to under rock wood road.
Both Snoop and Lil Jon was big artist before the underground series, and more of the latest releases featured bands like the qemisist which is a big name in the D&B scene. And you can't compose an entire soundtrack list for triple "A" game of music and artists people have not heard of. they need a few "sledgehammers".
And it's just a wish for the track list, no matter how old it is, I at least still would like to have thouse bangers inn.- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoI would like hear "Midnight Mover"by Accept and some other songs that aren't from Underground because that music is played out

@Gramatickz ok here is talent that NFS exposed back in the day. no one would k now people like Suni Clay if 1 of his songs weren't in Most Wanted (2005). and before most wanted i didnt know about Celldweller or The Prodigy.
NFS has never been about adding good old songs. yeah we all know that these older songs were great, but not a whole lot of people know of modern talent. just to list my favorite songs on my soundtrack wishlist for payback. MOST not all on the list below are not very popular.
- Sam Collins - Wa Wa
- Jacob Banks - Unholy War (already in the game)
- Modestep - Snake
- Voicians - Prayer (The Magic Puppet Remix)
- Nukid - How We Do (Original Mix)
- Dada Life - Tic Tic Tic (Ft. Lzzy Hale)
- Malaa - Fade
- Juicy J - Payback

And Celldweller / klayton is also pretty big, I had albums and vinyls of both artists before the NFS games you are referring to. Just because you don't know about a selected group of artists does not make them "unexplored" or unknown to the masses.
This is exactly why I don't get the "expose modern talent" because these are artistes a lot more people then you think obviously know loads about.
So the argument you are posing is at its breaking point.
And so goes for the part of "not adding songs that is more then 7 years old", I'm not trying to come across as a complete bellend here, but 7 years old, 10 or even 14, the songs are old and way past their "time" , so it really don't matter that much. What matters is what people want and would like to see in the tracklist, is that not the purpose of this thread? What people want? Not about what people can't have.
