@GUCCIxADIDASYou do know horsepower and top speed AREN'T directly connected right.... my work truck has 600 horsepower and 1400 to 1800 torque....does fk all for speed, MIGHT do 130 kph if unrestricted.
it's all down to gearing for those high end speeds.
So just because YOU believe it SHOULD be higher, it just doesn't work that way. Not every car is going to hit 400 plus
