nope, most are stopped at 380km/h ish
seems like they made the drag very high for all cars
400+ rating isn't 400+km/h
- @speedracer523 Yeah I didn't imply that a 400+ rating meant it would do 400 kph or more.... the OP said he wanted cars to do 400 or more, which isn't going to happen
with the power some of them have, they should be going faster though
