Speedwall personnel records are wiped & cannot be updated any more

Summarize your bug Speedwall personnel records are wiped & cannot be updated any more. This happened after the katest small patch issued on 20th Dec i think

What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? May be checking is there is any sybcronization done with the cloud saves
What happens when the bug occurs? First. i can not find my records on all speedwalls. They are all wiped. Second. I can not update the speedwall with any new record i set. But i can see others records on speedwall.. & it looks dimmed or grayed
What do you expect to see? my previous records on speedwall & the ability to update the speedwall with new ones
