It is already third Blackridge Spirit Special Event with LaFerrari blueprints, so it is safe to say it WILL be the same blueprints as before. And if you already have 55/60, then you will own the car right after getting first five blueprints. And if you finish all the chapters, you should have enough to reach 4*.
Just be prepared there is most probably a level cap (like lvl55 or so) before you can use the car in the Campaign (formerly called Underground). If you are on higher level, then you can use the car straight away.
