"Start 3 Pursuits with Hitting Cops"

I'm trying to do one of those Daily Challenges but the challenge description says that I need to start 3 pursuits with hitting cops. What does this mean? I tried ramming into cop cars to get them in...

    Sorry I didn't see this in time, but I did this challenge. All you do is drive normally at or below the speed limit and ram into the cop. If they catch you speeding before-hand, it counts as a speeding ticket, not a hitting cops car ticket.

Well, I didn't manage to do it as I just couldn't figure it out what you need to do. Luckily though the challenges should reset in a couple of hours, so hopefully I'll get another one to replace this one!
