Steam Error (Missing Executable)

I keep getting this error, here are some things I have tried:

-Verifying Integrity of game files

-Booting from the actual .exe (which brings up another problem of Origin asking for a product code I do not have since I bought through Steam)
-Restarting
-Uninstalling Origin
-Running BOTH Steam and Origin in admin mode

-Installing Origin by clicking the game in Steam which it does but then gives the error.

my specs:
NVIDIA GTX 1080 (latest drivers)

Intel i7-6700k
16gb DDR4 RAM

Notes:Its not HDD space being low the game is on a HDD with 1500gb left in space.
I read its something about your Origin and Steam accounts linking but how can I link them when it wont even boot up?
I have slow wifi and would rather not spend a few days re-downloading it if its not guaranteed to work.
