Steering causes camera turn

I need help in plying NFS Payback on PC. The issue is that when try to take a left or right turn (steering) the camera move respectively which makes it really hard to see where I am heading or how mu...

Thank you for your input and maybe this is the reason  but how can I change the camera perspective?

I guess you have to push the C on your keyboard. There are 4 perspectives available.

On the hood, near behind the car, far behind the car, and that what you seems to have activated.
