Still have Error Code 4001000

I've spoken with and used chat to try to resolve the Error Code issue but nothing has worked.  There is a claim that I should reintialize my whole ps4, but that just doesn't like the way.  I connect with the EA server on Madden on my PS4, so I just can't understand why I can't connect.  The game is fun but not being able to go head to head with my rivals is causing the game to get repeatitive.  I've tried several methods: deleting saved files, updating game, making sure Origin ID and PSN are linked, adding additional security on origin, verifying my account on origin....I just don't know.  Is there any more help that can be given to me?

Ok, so after loading a friend's profile onto my system that had need for speed rivals downloaded online, I was able to access online play.  BUT, I was only able to do so under his log in name, while being logged into the playstation at the same time under my name.  I had to start back from level 1.  When I logged him off though, I could no longer access the game by way of disc (I bought the game in the store) because my system was saying the game was already loaded onto my ps4.  This leads me to believe that the data on the disc may be corrupted but I can't say for sure.  I won't be playing under his name, so I have to delete it off my system and see if I can access online play while running the game on disc.  Any one heard of a similar issue?

Something else that is also happening that is strange is the disc drive keeps spinning the disc as if it's trying to load.  I am actually playing the game but can hear the disc drive turning on and off as if it's trying to load something while I am playing.  This continues no matter what I do.  I deleted everything off my hard drive and online storage concerning Need for Speed and allowed the automatic update to take place.  Through out that whole process, the disc drive keeps spinning the disc on and off for no apparent reason.  Does anyone have this issue as well?

So I went and exchanged the disc and solved the problem with the disc cutting on and off during game play, but still no luck on logging into the Origin network.  So currently the only way I have gotten online is through someone else's ID while the game was loaded under their name on my system.  I don't plan to buy the game again just to solve it this way, so it's quite disappointing that I can not play online and thus this game will become repetitive just playing the computer.
