Stuck at loading scren and cannot contact EA support

My game is stuck on loading screen, after a car purchase, i have located the problem but i need some help from EA to fix it, however i am from Greece and thus i cannot communicate with them in any way. Please help guys. 

About the problem, it seems that when i played online adn tried to purchase a car it said that it did not manage to buy the car but it did take my money(price of car) and when i reloged the next day the car was indeed bought but corrupted that cause my game to crash and after that no matter what i choose online or solo it stucks on loading screen with full loading bar.
