Stuck in garage
Hi there
i have set up the game won a couple of races and now when I click play solo or play online it takes me to the garage and I can’t get out of it!! Please help

@dj1nf3rn0 If you have no money in the bank the only way to get out at this point is start a new game. EA obviously still hasn't fixed this bug. Get out, delete your save game and start a new game - I did this several times. Win a couple of races and make sure you have at least $5,000 in the bank, that is the amount the NOS is, if I remember correctly. Having a little more won't hurt. Once you upgrade to NOS you should be able to get out of the garage and continue the game.
- @4Northstar Iv already reinstalled the game twice but dont know how to delete it completly to start over.
@dj1nf3rn0 You don't have to reinstall the game. Even if you delete the game the "SaveGame" folder stays. Go to your "Documents" folder in your computer. You will see a folder named "Need for Speed Heat". Open it, there are several folders there. Open the one named "SaveGame". There are two folders, open the one named "savegame". Delete everything in it. In case you want to keep the save file for later, you can either move it to another folder or re-name it, for example, more than likely the file name is "1", you can name it "1-1" and the game won't find it once you start the game again.
There is an automatic cloud back-up from EA. When you start the game again it will ask you if you want to sync with the cloud back-up. You have to say "No" or you will be back in the garage again. Once you say "No" to sync the cloud back-up will be deleted and you can start a new game. I hope this helps.
