Stuck in loading screen when trying to start story mode

I just bought the game today but can't seem to play it. I can open it and load it all the way to the main menu, but when I try to start the prologue it goes to a loading screen and just stays there. I've left this screen on for 10 minutes twice and haven't had anything happen. I have also tried restarting my computer and the issue still persists. Does anyone have a fix for this?
