No I guess not. Toyota do still not give the lincence to the most of the games.

please bring back the Supra
You can try to contact Toyata direct and ask for the licence, or why they do not give them to EA.
If they tell you, its no problem, you can go on to ask EA.

As long as the actual Toyota leader is in charge, there will propably never again be a Toyota in any video game in the future accept from private modders.
