Technical issues with NFS Payback

There are just a few issues I have with Payback. When online, the lobbies often never start even if everyone pressed 'Ready'. Then, sometimes after a race the list will freeze or not respond... Usuall...

How often are you seeing the freezing?

The freezing last night was happening almost every list I entered. Like I said, usually happened if people had just joined previous to the speedlist standings. The countdown would hit 0 but never actually start the next race. This also happens when joining the speedlist. I didn't really matter if it was a fresh list or a current one. If people were in the freeroam on the 1m20s previous to the list starting, sometimes the list wouldn't actually start even if everyone hit 'ready'. This happened about half of the time.
