Texture Loading Problem

Check your graphics options in game as well as via the control panel of your video card.

You will be looking for texture/anisotropic filtering options.

Still it didn't improve, I have tried everthing and this issue is only on off-roads.

Same problem here. No anisotropic filtering for offroad textures.

Played with the settings in nvidia control panel with no luck.
There's "texture filtering" in-game options i think that's the one. Anyway it's on Ultra changing this doesn't have any effect as well

Reset all settings to default on Nvidia Control Panel. It fixed the problem for me.
