The fuel has no more timer

After last update the fuel has no more timer. Now i have 1/10 fuel. I cann't play with 1/10 fuel. I join "LAFERRARI" special event. I don't want miss it. I need time for up BMW M4 F82.  Please fix it...

I did the "fix" buy refill for 30 gold and it worked for a few hours. Now it stopped working again. I don't want to have to use 30 gold several times a day for my fuel gauge to work properly. Huge problem with game play and user experience.
