The game glimmers like hell

I'm not sure is it a bug or not but the cars and the raindrops are glimmers like hell. Basically I'm on max graphic level and the game runs very well. I checked a few reviews on the net but did not see similar thing yet.

Check your GPU control panel, have you chosen a preset for maximum performance? That can result in a reduction in image quality. It is the usual quality/performance trade-off so choose what works for you.

no. i use default setting and also let the game use it's own settings. so the system does not force anything. no quality issues just this shiny stuff. it's an nVidia GeForce 1050Ti Mobile by the way. i attached some screenshots.
