Personally I want to see the Coupe Honda Accord... (I know I'm going to get bashed but bear with me) These cars are underrated but make for a great build, specially if your going for a Euro/Type-R clone. (Which the US never got) they are decent, and fast if you know what your doing and with the right parts. I should know I race one in a group I'm in currently. Also maybe add a 1953 Ford F100.
