There is no option to disable controller vibration/rumble I need it right now or I can just ask for refund since I have carpal tunnel and it makes it very painful to play.

The software can be gotten here, be sure to check the drop-down box so that the right OS type is chosen. It defaults to 32-bit, whereas folks usually have a 64-bit OS.
