This game is not balanced at all

Even though I like this game it's extremely unbalanced. No way should the cops and other pursuit vehicles can keep up and out race the player. It's impossible  to do some of the missions when u have 20 cops on your tail and they can anticipate your every move. Too many cops and too many npc cars. This is just my opinion. If u wanna make an authentic street racing game then balance is key.
