I found out about No Limits by keeping up with NFS news posted on Facebook. I also search NFS on Wikipedia from time to time to see if there's any NFS game mentioned that I didn't know about. (That's how I found out about NFS World was in its beta stages back in 2010.)
By keeping up to date with NFS news, I was able to play No Limits on its worldwide release date. (September 30, 2015)
It's not my fault you didn't find out the game on the worldwide release date like I did.

I suppose, but it's better to do the stuff above than to spend your In-Game Cash or Scrap points to get SRT Viper GTS blueprints IMO.

Yes i hate the managers who make this gambling not the talented game designers...i will play it coz i've spended money on this game...
They don't have common sense ...making items in black market to be purchased with gold... why the hell they can't allow us to buy items & blueprints in chop shop with Gold or in game cash ?
I'm already playing Real Racing...it is not good as this game...still a fun game to play when we get bored.

That's because you use Scrap points to purchase Performance Parts or blueprints in Kelly's Chop Shop.

Technically there's no way to buy blueprints with Gold, but you can use Gold to pick another reward card to get more blueprints when you won a race against a boss in Campaign.
Scrap points are your best bet to get more blueprints, although I recommend you to just play the bosses over and over again to get more blueprints in Campaign.
In the end, it's your call.
@Stylehot5 - have you realized you can replay an event in the Campaign to get more materials and blueprints? For every chapter there are 3-4 replayable races including the boss race at the end of each chapter. Normally you have 3 replays, which refreshes twice a day (that is 6 replays per 24 hours). This is what we call farming - you need a hundred blueprints to max out your cars stars, and more than two hundred for the best cars in the race! Considering you get a blueprint in about every fourth ride, that makes some effort. Yet I would recommend NOT to buy normal blueprints for gold, even when you are a spender. Use them for strategic refreshes and refills and for special event blueprints.

@Stylehot5 Performance Rating (PR) and Rep have nothing related to each other.
You can customize your cars at any level. You just need to have sufficient In-Game Cash or Visual Points to purchase those upgrades.
To reach level 55, you'll have to play daily assignments every day to gain Rep and Gold.

NFS Edge does not have the same graphics as NFS No Limits. Not by a long shot.
NFS Edge will have WAY better graphics, powered by Frostbite 3 engine.

@Stylehot5 - well, I would say PR and rep are weakly related. That is, usually higher PR of your best car means you have higher rep as well. But there may be exceptions. On the other hand, there is no direct link between those two. That is, when you get a rep raise, it does not affect your PR in any way. The same holds the other way round, when you up your PR, there is no associated rep change.
And now the hard truth: I am sorry to say that, but you don't get much far without repetitions. You don't have to drive them, you can use Easydrive or race skips, but you have to endure them somehow, otherwise you will be lacking resources you cannot buy for money. It may be boring, but it is how this game is designed.

This just look distorted logic to me. I have never felt that spending more money makes me enjoy the game more. I like the concept "play before pay" (freemium) so that no one is forced to pay for a game that he/she may not like at all. I don't really feel obliged to pay, on the other hand now I am willing to pay some amount as a praise to the developers (and in a hope they get most of it). But:
a) I never pay more (and usually much less) than on a normal commercial game. Therefore anything above $100 is just do-not-go-there for me.
b) I always try to get a good value for my bucks. In NFS NL the only option is monthly gold card and I've never bought anything else. If you do race, then it provides you with about six times as much gold as any other option. And if you do not race that often, what is the point of paying?
This game is boring because of playing in same location again & again & again & again & again & again
they have designed the menu which looks like advanced but game is very small....
Simply put, its like endless runner game(location) but where in those type of game where we can upgrade hoverboards,jet pack....in this game it is with cars with some modifications in race (first to the finis,nitro rush...etc)

Black Box games (QuickLime Games), the developing team of NFS The Run, got shut down on April 25, 2013 and the whole developing team got laid off.
NFS games will never be the same ever again.
Besides if NFS The Run 2 was ever made by Ghost Games, I'm willing to bet it won't be the same as when Black Box made NFS The Run.

There are two ways to increase a car's PR without spamming replayable Campaign races.
1. Buying Performance parts from Kelly's Chop Shop - getting the best performance parts for each car will drastically increase your cars' PR without much effort.
2. Buying materials from Black Market - you can buy materials to increase your cars' PR minimally without much effort.
