Too many pixel grass in the terrain！

Summarize your bug So many pixel grass in the terrain.
What car were you using? It's not about which car I using.
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? When I drive into off-road,play rally.
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Drive into off-road with large area of grasses,you can find them easily.But in the city,you can find them also.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can find so many pixel grasses,just like texture error or mapping error.
What do you expect to see? I don't wanna see these pixel grasses anymore.
- @R-Lucidity Don't change the settings and restart your game. Or if that doesn't fix it. Install Defraggler and right click on your games installation folder and defrag it. This will speed up the load times and textures loading in. (NOTE: only do this with the game installed on an HDD)
