Transfer save from PC to Xbox One X?

Hello,

Is it possible to transfer my save file somehow from PC to Xbox One X? My girlfriend got me a Xbox One X when I was already deep into it on PC. Want to play on Xbox (as well as purchase an additional copy of the game) but I only want to with my save. Please help me find a solution? 🙂
