Summarize your bug Trial will not launch if you have already pre-ordered the game (Xbox One) The trial installation screen simply bounces users to the main game store and tells the user to wait until the full launch. Technical support have confirmed that this is a bug that needs to be addressed as purchasers should also be able to access the trial version

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go through EA Access after purchasing the pre-order and try to instal the trial
What happens when the bug occurs? Trial screen appears for less than 0.5 seconds and is replaced by the purchased game screen
