I have the same bug happen to me even though I completed every single Racer event in the game (in Career mode, switching to Cop events) and on Racer Rank 17 - Wanted II and I didn't get the Felon trophy on my PS4 in-game but I have almost every other trophy in the game so I would really like EA to fix this!

This issue is annoying indeed, well the only thing left to do is to restart by deleting save game data. That is how I got it
