Trying to change the button mapping for xbox controller but cant find the option, please help!!

Will there ever be one? Its really frustratng not to be able and change the mapping, and if other games can do it why not you guys as well?
I find this to be complete nonsense. Why should I have to mess with 3rd party mapping utilities when I could just change them in the game? What games do this? None......except cheap EA.
