Tune up shop problems

Something has been wrong with the tune up shop for two days now. Restarted my game countless times and restarted my system multiple times as well. When I go into the tune up shop and go to trade ins, every time I spin it does nothing but make the spinning sound and take away 3 speed cards! I’ve tried everything and no matter what I cannot spin to get a part. All it does is steal 3 cards and I’m rewarded no part. I’ve lost probably 30 cards trying to see if it works after trying everything and yeah you can guess this has really upset me...
