You can manually turn off vibration on your Xbox Controller.
Press the middle button then go to setting > preferences > vibration then click A and it will turn off.

I call xbox and Ea you can't do it also it only Ea cant turn off vibration other games i can go to settings turn off vibration Ea games dont let you
