Ultimate speed pack not showing on ps3

Hi. My ps3 download the patch on Tuesday 17th and I can happily see the new cars and billboards in my game however, the dlc is not visible on the in game store or by using all of thesearch methods on...

I bought the complete add on pack and NONE OF THE DLC MATERIAL WORKS!!!! It directs me to the store. Please solve this.
