Unable to edit Car body panels

On the 180sx for example there is no possible way to have the full BN Sports Body Kit. It only allows the front/rear bumper to be on the car during a specific time

The BN Sports body kit Sideskirts and Fenders aren’t allowed to be applied to the car as they are restricted by the side skirt or vice versa
